Pixmania predicament

    Hello

Got myself a little issue with pixmania and not sure what to do. Usually I don't deal with them ,but they were the only stockist of a certain discontinued mobile phone.

Got the phone and I notice it's been obviously opened before and by the looks of things used for a little while. Headphones which were suppose to come with it ,didn't.
And to make matters worse ,no invoice was in or on the delivery.

I've opened up a return for the order ,but it clearly states that I must show them the invoice that was sent with the order and return goods unused etc.

    Question .
Is it worth returning the phone ,considering the hassle people in other threads have had ?
Maybe someone might have had a good outcome on returning something to them.

    Thanks.

You should certainly try. Tell them there was no invoice in the box, but it should be the same as the one you got in email anyway.

The reason you are returning it is because it was previously used, so they can't expect you to return it in an unused state.

Thanks Jor el ,that would be my hopes with it ,but all contact on pixmania seems to be automated with multiple email options etc.
I don't seem to be able to explain my situation with someone and get a reply. This is why I'm reluctant to send it back. I've gotten a return UPS/Sticker email from them to put on the return and get ups to collect.

The phone is a present that someone was insisting on and I don't want to be stung with double delivery costs.

Can't believe the way they send goods out ,sheisters they are.:o

Take pictures of the phone & packaging before you box it and send it off. That way you have proof of the condition it's in, and if they don't refund you, or re-send a good condition phone, you can pursue a charge back for the full amount.
