Altering cup size on a bra

Yes, I know it may sound like an odd thread title, and, in fairness, it probably is, but I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on how to neatly alter the cupsize on a bra. I've lost a lot of weight recently, and now most of my bras are at least a cup size too big.

This would be similar to the type of bra that I'm trying to alter. I've seen that sewing the centre gore of the bra is one of the most effective ways to reduce the cup size, but just wondering if anyone has any other suggestions or advice.

    Thanks.

Crikey, the picture of the matching brief is a bit gynecological innit?

Might be a risk, but maybe chuck it in the washing machine on 40 - think I accidentally shrank a bra that way. Raging I have the opposite problem at the moment - have 15+ bras that do not fit, and most cost 50+.

Hadn't actually looked at the matching brief... Now that I have well, erm, let's just say the less said about it the better! :pac:

Put chicken fillets in when you're wearing the bra. How does the band fit around your back?
