Canon MP370 wont PRINT!!! HELP!!!

Hiya, Just given a second hand but in good condition canon MP370 from my boss. Problems so far: wont print black AT ALL and will print colour pictures (from photo on PC) but the colors are all some version of green/yellow. Hiya,
Just given a second hand but in good condition canon MP370 from my boss.

I have replaced BOTH cartridges with new fresh ones, tried all the reccomended cleaning that they tell you in the options menu (ie. nozzle) but have same problem.

Any ideas? This printer was working great for the people who gave it to me!!

problem with printing some colors incorrectly or not printing them at all may be caused by clogged nozzles in printing head (can happen when printer wasen't used for long time) but as you said was and used to work well so its quite strange problem, especially having new ink cartridges installed, did you try to reinstall printer drivers and software ..
