Hey , I bought a piece of bacon today, it's use by date is the 14th of nov, it's vacumn packed....should I freeze it anyway?
Also can a fresh pork steak with stuffing be frozen? Or does stuffing not freeze well?

The bacon would be fine if you're going to use it by the 14th, though you could freeze it if you want. It would also be ok to freeze the pork steak because stuffing freezes very well.
