OpenOffice has really gotten a lot better at how it handles .doc files. I just opened a file in MS Word that I had created in OO, expecting to have to do a bit of editing to fix the format, but the format was preserved flawlessly.

1)Revenue online services/Reachservices/PAYE Anytime/whateverthe****it'scalled finally seems to just WORK for me. I'd abandoned it for about 2 years after spending about 2 months trying to get the bloody thing working. Now it just works!

2)Following on from 1) above, I just discovered that I'm still owed €241 in taxes. And have medical expenses that I can claim tax back on. Yay for unexpected money!
