    Hi,

I am looking to acquire as many of the items on the below photo as possible for a costume I am making. I have the gas mask, the jacket, the brown bag and the knife. (not really a knife just the hilt glued into a sheath) Any ideas where I can get the rest?

You'd probably get a pair of pants like that in Dunnes or Penneys. I wouldn't advise wandering around with a replica rifle and I reckon the Hind would be a bit OTT for a Hallowe'en costume.

You could get an Airsoft AK74 but as concussion says that might be inadvisable to carry in public and they are a tad expensive. There are plenty of toy AKs around though. A lick of paint to grubby one up would do the trick. Any army surplus shop would supply the trousers or indeed an airsoft establishment which usually has a stock of clothes.

Try the lads over on the airsoft forum.

Real Ak47s are cheaper than airsoft AK47s. :v:

Carrying around a replica is never a good idea, though TBH the costume is not great without the gun.

just buy a toy ak of reasonable size and break off the bright orange thing.

webbing can be got at an army surplus id assume
