To be blunt, your question should be "Guys, where is the best studio for X tattoo" X being the style of tattoo you want. If you go to a tattoo shop purely because its the nearest prepare for a less than awesome tattoo, but hey, its your body.

Stay away from Outback Tattoo in Mullingar what ever you do mate
Seen some of the worlds worst tattoos come out of that studio.
