Repalce ImmerSat Hot Water timer but water not heating

Immersat hot water timer stopped working after 12 years. Replaced with a new one (same model) putting all the wires in the correct place. When on constant one the water heats. When on timer the light comes on but the water does not heat. Any ideas?

check you have the feed and switched live correctly connected anyhow
