    No, you can change the settings in your user CP


    I chose this because nobody else had it, and now I love him. Even the one time I subscribed my avatar was a fancy version of this

    Eh... one of Chris Morris' characters from Brass Eye. Ted Maul or Alibaster Codify. They look funny.

    Because I loved Ren & Stimpy when I was a kid. Nobody does bouts of psychosis and sheer anger better than Ren.

    I chose mine as there was no James Cagney or Al Pacino ones.

    Bogart was the only actor there that I like and the fedora looks like something an outlaw might wear also, so ..two birds and all that.

    I listened to an autobigraphical story by a guy who used to write ALF about him being strung out on heroin in the studio toilets while hallucinating ALF was coming through the door to kill them.

    I switched off seeing avatars.

    I would rather they judge me by my words, but some people handle colours and shapes better than words.

    I wasn't aware one could be a suscriber, but yeah, maybe.

    I'd switch it to an image of a dude flexing his muscles while fireworks go off in the background and then possibly everything explodes.

    I've got avatars and signatures turned off in preferences so these threads usually go over my head.

    Fecking Einstein! I'll have to look into changing that I think.

    It was if I recall because I signed up with an answer in the countdown thread in the puzzles and quizzes forum.

    Do you judge users by their avatars? I wouldn't say judge, but if someone has a custom avatar that I find funny I'll probably like that person more :cool:

    Do you think they judge you by yours? Yeah I have had a few comments in the past. I always pick Natalie Dee comics as avatars and this one raised a few strange questions and for some reason made people think I was a guy. Same with the one before that, although I can't remember what it was. This is my current one (it'll be back after halloween!) and people think it's intended to be dirty but it's actually not!

    How do you do that? I hate white bits around them too and was trying to fix mine using MS Paint (:o that's what I usually do) but there were too many crappy bits to fill in!
