'Tis a guilty pleasure of mine, but I have to admit sometimes I am conscious on whether to do it or not. I probably perfer the hand in pants laid back position but sometimes when the mood strikes I cross them.

From what I've seen, it's mainly been guys in skinny jeans crossing their legs. So they must have crushed testes already.

Oh for god sake! I have crossed my legs for years, when crossing, one thigh lifts the balls comfortable over the other thigh, very comfy and no pain, ever!

A friend of mine brought this up last week saying 'I never crossed my legs much untill a few weeks ago when i discovered how to do it'.

It doesn't really matter, but it does tend to look a bit effeminate. A girl sitting with legs apart (besides in some scenarios

) often looks a bit masculine too.

IF the legs are crossed right up at thigh level, then it's feminine.
If the legs are crossed so that one ankle is resting across the knew, then it's neutral.
If the legs are wrapped around a women's head and then tightly crossed at both ankles, then it's definitely masculine.

this is a funny topic. i would usually do the ankle to knee thing, but im 6'6 tall and sometimes i will get the dodgy back pain, so i would be forced to sit the 'quere way' when that kicks in. never in public though, only at home.:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

I've been told that regularly crossing your legs at the knee/thigh level can lead to/exacerbate varicose veins. I have no idea if that's medically viable, but I'm training myself to cross at ankles only. That way I'll look all dainty and ladylike, with veins that won't look weird.
