Windows Magnifier - how to get rid of?

I've just discovered this nasty, horrible application today. It activated suddenly and googling on how to get rid of it gives fixes that I can't use as there's no way of me implimenting said fixes.

I can "close" the program but the effects that I want rid off are STILL THERE. Everything on my screen is magnified.

I don't want this thing off, I want it gone from my computer.

BTW, it's Windows 7
