I'm looking to get cheap tyres for a 97 vw golf. Basically i want to get cheap tyres that will get me through the nct. Anybody know someplace where i can buy and get them fitted as well. I know a lot of the tyre centers dont deal in part won tyres.

    Used tyres?
Did you ever ask yourself :Why are they taken of the vehicle? You will just waste your money.

Absolute bull sh1t, actually stopped buying brand new tyres as fed up getting ripped off , instead buy part worn tyres from reputable tyre makers eg. pirelli/michelin etc and never had a problem. Think about it logically , when ya but a second hand car , the tyres are part worn but untested and you dont know where they have been , so instead you are buying part worn tyres that have been tested and checked to a standard

Seems absolutely crazy to skimp on tyres. Just my opinion.
