    I know they have their "Available while quantities last" disclaimer, but none of the 3 stores I visited this morning had the film scanner they had advertised.

    I didn't see any of the items, there were no item signs up anywhere either, and none of the checkout girls I asked about it knew what I was talking about. It was the EXACT same situation the last time they had this item.

    Was anyone in an Aldi today, and did they see this item?

    If you expect them to engage in anything after that then you might be in trouble.

    Same thing happened to me recently-

    Asked was a certain item in stock
    Was told to check the specials aisle
    Told the girl I had already done so
    Was then told 'they didn't arrive in stock'

    Why she couldn't tell me that when I first asked I'll never know.

    Did you arrive at 8am?
    Items like that go VERY fast
