best broadband for ps3

i currently use the eircom 7mb , but the upload speeds are low , 354kbs per sec or something fom galway from limerick. the ping is worse for limerick even though i am in cork. i rarely connect to a game in call of duty under 100 ms. i also live a few miles outside of mallow so this hinders what i can get, i am wondering is…
