    Hi

I have a 2005(latest body shape) 2.0 TFSI 185bhp Leon with 28k miles on the clock.

I'm putting it up for sale in the coming 2weeks and would like to get some feedback on a guide selling price. The reason I'm asking is that I'm finding it hard to get an idea from the current Market. I can't see similar models of that year and with the low miileage that mine has.

I was thinking around the 10k euro mark? What do you more motor savvy people think??

    Thanks in advance

Imo I don't think you will get anywhere near €10k for it. It is almost 6 years old at this stage and a 2.0 litre petrol Leon in this country has a very small market.

There is a 06 2.0 FSI for sale on carzone from a garage offering a warranty and they are asking €11,450 for it. It's up there along time and I'd say they would bite someone's hand off if they offered €10k for it.

I'd say get the average price of a 2005 Golf GTI and reduce it by 25%, that should be a fair price for yours.

Reckon you're in for a shock. No one seems to want them and the 2 litre engine wont help due to the Irish smaller is better mentality. Also it's the lower power TFSI so not an FR or Cupra either and if someone was spending the money they'd go for one of those. Some very cheap 08 FR TFSI's on carzone earlier in the year for 13-14k so you'd be doing well with €7-8k.

Presuming it's an import? Nice car btw:D
