Tesco Mobile, messages not reaching recipient,network or handset?

On a very regular now messages are not being received by their intended recipients. Tesco have told me what to do when this happens, problem is I don't know if someone has received a message or not. Not immediately anyway, for obvious reasons and it is occurring a lot. It looks like I'll have to change the phone or the…

On a very regular now messages are not being received by their intended recipients. Tesco have told me what to do when this happens, problem is I don't know if someone has received a message or not. Not immediately anyway, for obvious reasons and it is occurring a lot.

It looks like I'll have to change the phone or the network. I'd like to stay with Tesco as it is cheap, but if it's a network problem I can't. The handset is more than a year old so return isn't an option.

Has anyone else experienced this? and if so is it the network?.

I've heard that Tesco won't work with other networks.

In particular, three won't work with them...
