Ive just started back in the saddle after a 22 year lay off :eek:. Ive been building myself up milage wise this past few months. Now its coming near winter I was wondering are there any Cycling Clubs about Galway City I could join up with ? You all know its better to be in a group rather than being caught out 20miles from home, in a headwind, and suffering the hunger knock
