o2 online delivery times?

hoping darryl will see this i have placed an online order it seems like it might be a duplicate order since i got two mails to say it was received, two hours apart with the same order number, lso could you tell me how long it will be until its despatched? i faxed id and bank details off today, thanks, jim. pm me for order…
