Hows it going? Im trying to download an email I recieved onto a word document through gmail. But when I click to open or save it a grey box appears on the screen but has no information. Im not the most computer savy person in the world and I am wondering if there is anything I could do differently or is there anyway I can speed the process up?

Are you talking about an attachment in an e-mail or the text within the e-mail?
