Apple ID Iphone stupid question

Anyone help just got iphone yesterday Can access App Store on mobile fine using apple ID (email address & password) but when I try to access Itunes (using same info above ) on PC it tells me Id or password incorrect Question is are they two different logins ??

Should be the same login. I've only ever set up one apple account and any App or iTune charges come out of that.

Not sure what the problem might be but check the usual - caps etc...
