Are poppadoms bad?

I usually buy a pack of poppadoms in the asian shop and then just microwave them as I need them. You know the sort of ones I mean dont you? My husband thinks they are really bad for you but are they?

Read the ingredients and the nutrition label and check for things like white flour and processed fats. My guess is there will be a significant amount of both.

Yes probably - you are talking about fried processed food here - you shouldn't pollute your body with that stuff

I dont think one or two will kill you, I have one with a curry, about 40 calories. I think that they are made with chickpea flour also which is a bit better that white. But they prob have lots of extra stuff in there too.
