How long to get confirmation of PTRB registration?

The PTRB website does say there is a backlog, but I was wondering how long it took to get the confirmation letter if you recently registered a new tenancy with the PTRB? Sent form middle of August, cheque cashed 1st September, but neither myself nor tenant has gotten a confirmation letter yet.

At times, my office has waited as much as 4 months before even seeing the cheque cashed. That was earlier this year.
