Assuming 10sp as a requirement, probably Veloce judging by prices here. Depends somewhat on sale prices this time of year.

Interesting that SRAM Apex is available with racing ratios too. All the fuss at launch was about the wide range options.

The 2010 Veloce is prob the best value out there at the mo. The price in shiny bikes that lumen posted is prob the best deal you can get.
