PC monitor DTT compatible ?

Hi, Have been looking at getting a PC monitor and came across this one which says it also has an integrated TV tuner. Thought it might be a useless Freeview one but it actually says in the samll print that its Mpeg4. That would make it DDT compatible right ?…

should work fine,

it has the TNT HD logo.
