Puncture Fix and Balancing around Dublin 6

Anyone any recommendations? Also when I go over about 65/70 the car seems to vibrate a serious amount. Does this sound like balancing would sort it out? 02 1.4 astra

theres a tyre place near dartmouth square - and a mechanic up the road.....Northbrook area (near the luas bridge) ....from the triangle in ranelagh head in the direction of the barge pub and take the first right - cant miss the tyre place...and the mechanic is straight up the same street as the tyre place (assuming you take a left to go into the tyre place entrance)

Cheers. Only new to driving, would that be something they'd do on the spot or would I have to leave the car there for a bit?
