If morning grip strength is a sign of adrenal fatigue, then someone better get me some new ones. I can barely close my hands :/

northsiders - check out kerrigans meat factory store in the baldoyle industrial estate.

I got 40 chicken fillets for 25 quid or something. It was on special, but it's great value on everything and perfect if you get paid monthly.

    Edit, http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/kerrigans-Factory-Shop/128949413799295?ref=ts

    Everyone thank this man.

Vit C for the adreneline issue. D'you know we're one of the very few animals that can't produce our own VitC.

i find, too much is when you have to keep checking if you've shat yourself.

Kinda works with most things i guess.

Kind of depends on your tolerance in fairness, but sounds like you've had the equivalent of 10 cans of red bull.

+10 and +15kg are probably too much tbh (oh god... here I go again!!)

When I did it I was adding 10 and 15 onto like 170kg to end up at 185kg 10x3 at the end of week 3.

Working back off % terms, +5kg and +7.5kg in week 3 might be the way forward.

+Xg weeks based off the starting weight, not off the week preceeding.

    It's ok, it's allowed this time..:pac:

I was thinking maybe I'd be better working the percentages off 65kg instead of 70kg? That leaves me at 71kg 10x3 in the final week. Which should leave me good for a 75-80kg 1rm right?

I go off around 92% of my max for starting weights.

If I'm working back off %'s for the week 2 and 3 jumps, I usually go +5% and +7.5%.

Week 3, the 10x3, should be around 82% of your tested max after the best meso.

From what I've read / heard, women can do a higher number of reps at a given % than men can, so those %'s might need to be tweaked. Something to do with neuromuscular efficiency / hormones

On the day he admitted himself to hospital he had taken about 18 pills, which works out at 3.5 g of pure caffeine. And he’d washed it all down with 3 cups of strong coffee. The man had consumed over 4 g of caffeine. Ordinary mortals start to show signs of caffeine poisoning symptoms at an intake of 800 mg.

I don't know if you're joking or serious but my brother is a plumber and has insane forearms from using a screw driver all day in his teens. A few months ago I asked him to repair my bed and he was screwing in some 2x4 to strengthen it. He actually smashed the screwdriver

Well they were kind of odd anyway and used to have strong man competitions in work. Who can military press the apprentice the most times?
