No there isn't. There never has been either. There was one inbound at the Spa Hotel but its gone. Most of them were concentrated on the old N1/N2/N3 and were bypassed by the motorway program.

It now appears the only functioning static speed camera left is on the M1 southbound south of the Collon exit. All others appear to be seriously fire damaged. Even at that I've not seen it flash myself any time recently!
