Anyone using a Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-HD-S2 in Win 7 with the remote??

I upgraded from Vista to Win 7 at the weekend, and while the setup of the stations etc worked great, and WMC has all the stations, the PC no longer seems to be recognizing the IR detector (at least I assume this is the problem, its not picking up the remote and there is no IR section showing up in device manager, though there is one under Sound+Game controllers).
I've tried installing the IR software from the Hauppauge website, and re-installing the drivers etc, has anyone else got this to work?

After I upgraded from Vista to Win7, the Media Centre remote I had stopped working. I had to install a driver for it - worth a try.

I got the driver here, but the link doesn't appear to be live any more:
ftp://ftp.x10.com/pub/applications/drivers/x10drivers_6432_239.exe

but there seems to be another one here:

Ok, finally figured it out, for anyone else having this problem with a non-WMC remote, basically you need to change the IR channel that WMC is listening on, here's how:
