Hello hello hello!

I have just moved into a great house beside DCU this week, it beside Eurospar, The Slipper Pub, Macaris Chipper and the Chinese.

There is still one bedroom free though, a single bedroom, there is built-in storage and wardrobes, and a small desk and chair in it.

Rent is €240 a month including wireless internent and tv. It is a semi-detached house with a huge garden, kitchen and living area in an open plan style with dining table and big sofas. Very comfy.

There are 4 of us living here, 2 guys and 2 girls and we're quite lovely

Let me know if anyone is interested. I don't have any pictures at the moment but you can come see the place and I'll try and get pictures if need be.
