Anyone know if this (specfically the collectors edition) will be available in retail stores here ?

Play's pricing is a little cheaper that a d/l from steam (38e vs 50e) for standard edition.

Well Gamestop and Xtravision told me they would not be stocking Civ V (collectors or otherwise). Seems a bit strange.

So GAME are getting this in. They have no price yet and don't know what versions (reg, del, Collectors) they'll be getting.

Loving the demo btw. Wish it was more than 100 turns

Anyone know if Smyths will be stocking it? I was tempted to get it on steam but as this needs steam anyway, I'd rather spend some euros in a shop (and get it a little cheaper)

I can't understand why they wouldn't BUT my local Gamestop (Parkway, Limerick) told me they weren't.

All I know is that I asked Gamestop (in store) in Limerick would they be stocking Civilization V for PC. They said... No.

Standard one is on the shelves in Kilkenny.

So what do we think of it so far ? Played about 4 hours so far and love it. Plenty of little bugs (graphical) but nothing major. I'm new to civ so this is fresh meat

Couldn't find it, infact I was lucky to get the game at all, Gamestop only had 3 copies left.
