    Does it glow green by any chance? :D

    Sorry I have no idea where to get it tested but is it metallic? It should set off a metal detector. Meteorites are usually composed of a lot of iron.

    What leads you to believe it is a meteorite anyway?

    It seems quite heavy for its size...it weighs 580 grammes and its size is approx 2 and half inches x 2 and half inch x 3 inches..its black/grey in colour and i,m not familiar with this colour of rock in this area.... prob give NUIG a call and see can they analize it
