Hi my name is Luke Thomas Heffernan. Could those of you who are a bit more knowledgeable in the Irish language confirm whether the Irish translation is correct? Lúcás Tomás O Heifearnain? I've heard several variations of the Heffernan name so far. Go raibh maith agat!

Lúcás Tomás Ó hIfearnáin.
Note the small h before the capital I and also a fada on the last a.
