Hi guys,
I have a query on dates and planning permission.

I bought a site with planning which had been lodged in June 08 and granted in August 08.

I subsequently applied for and was granted a change of house type in July 09.

Where does this leave me in relation to satisfying the use of renewables in my new build which is currently at roof level. Do I need to comply with pre July 1st 2008 or post?

He's on hols for 2 weeks, we'd assumed I needed to comply with the new requirements. Just had a thought on this myself when I checked the dates of the original planning permission and was hoping I could get a quick answer from here as I won't speak to the guy for another week or so.
