Itunes downloaded 4.1 But I have to restore phone

    Any idea how to get Itunes back to 4.0??

    I have to jail break it after...

    I'm assuming it the iPhone you have on 4.1 and not iTunes? Was the phone already jailbroken before hand? Had you the shsh's on cydia or locally for 4.01 ?

    just download the firmware and restore by hitting the shift button on the keyboard when you click the restore button and select the firmware.

    it was on iphone 3.1 or something and jail broken... looks like once I restore anyway it will be locked once again and with me in London I wont get my hands on a Irish o2 sim for ages... to then unlock it..

    O balls..
