    Hey.
Anyone studying geology out there. Im in fifth year and I want to become a geologist. So Im trying to get some feedback from some REAL geologist. How do you find the course? Is it tough, and where is the best place to study geology. One of the girls said TCD is the worst, and Id just like to see what everyone else thinks.

    Thanks in advance xxx

    Hey there,
If you want to be a Geologist, I'd recommend the Earth and Ocean Sciences Degree in NUIGalway, I'm currently in 2nd year and loving it, heres the link to the page http://www.nuigalway.ie/eos/

Everything you need to know is there and if there is anything else you want to know just left me know =)

Well I'm going to be biased and say NUIGalway does, but other places that do similar courses include, Trinity (earth sciences) and UCD (climate and earth systems sciences) they are the only two other courses with similar material as the NUIGalway one, But in my opinion NUIGalway has the most diverse range of modules and areas of interest. For Example this year we are covering topics from Sedimentary rocks to Paleontology and Ocean Sicences.
