What's the best country and price too get Lazer Eye Surgery

Just wondering I will eventually go down the route of getting Laser Eye Surgery. Juts wondering which country would be the best place too get it done and the cheapest. Speaking of the eastern Europe in question prob is where I myself would get it done Also the safest as place too get it done.
