Bike Walking trails on the Costa Brava

Hi, Im hoping someone might be able to help me im heading to the Costa Brava, Santa Suzanna to be exact at the start of October and im hoping that someone might be able to advise me of possible walking trails or bike routes i know someone might come back and say google is your friend in this case its not

Here's a link to a page relating to the Parc Natural de Montnegre, which is just inland from Santa Suzanna. I know the landscape rises up immediately behind the resort(I was looking at it from the train:)). I DID see a number of guys on road bikes, on training spins around the Malgrat/Blanes area, so I guess it's a regular occurrence.
