I've heard of the Star Trek: The Next Generation theme being used to great comedic effect. Jim Henson had Kermit sing it's not easy being green at his funeral apparently. I'd like to think people could laugh a little and remember the good things at a funeral, but maybe it's asking too much.

Personaly im not in to songs been played on a small little stero at a funeral,its bad enough loosing a friend or loved one and then having to listen to something slow and sad making the whole experence much worse,but thats just my opinion.
