Peugeot 1.6D fuel efficiency dropping

I have a 1.6D 207SW. In the last 2 months the fuel economy has dropped from a normal 52 mpg (spec says 62mpg but I've tried and its impossible to get!) to a current worrying 42mpg. Driving style and source of fuel (local topas station) have not changed. I have recently got it serviced (oil and filters etc) but to no avail.…

Hi DonSke,
Usally these are easy on diesel.....

1.What mileage have you on the car...?
2.Did you get it serviced at the main dealers..?
3.Have you checked if the brakes are binding...wheelrims feeling hot after a
trip..?

Services at a main TOYOTA dealer as its the closest!
Breaks are not sticking as far as I can tell.
