Pixmania worst cus care ever

I was warned but i did not listen. Stay away from this website. Bought item and never received it. Been talking to them for months now all to no avail. Also Customer care is appalling.

did they send out the parcel? did you contact the courier? did they give you any reason as to why you have not recieved it?
