Looks like the ball is rolling.............but slowly...........trials won't be till next year.
A pre-trial hearing in Northampton, Massachusetts, lasted only three minutes yesterday.
Attorney Michael Jennings said he would ask a judge to dismiss the charges against 17-year-old Kayla Narey.
    .........................................................................
Kayla is charged with criminal harassment and civil rights violations resulting in bodily injury.
Her attorney said that she never hurt Phoebe, never threatened physical harm nor did anything to cause Phoebe to hurt herself -- all of which would be elements of proving the civil rights violation charge.
"Actually, she never said anything to Phoebe," he said.

Hi, I meant to post this ages ago, did a quick search and couldn't find the verdict of the trials anywhere.
So just for anyone who's interested, this was the outcome of the trials held in May this year:

    They all entered plea deals:

    Sean Mulveyhill:
    Pleaded guilty to .
    criminal harassment charge,

-this will go on his permanent criminal record.

He got 1 years probation, and 100 hours community service.

    Charges of
    .civil rights violation,
    .statutory rape, and
    .disturbing a school assembly

    -were all dropped.

    Kayla Neary:
Admitted to sufficient facts which led to a Guilty finding on the criminal harassment charge.

This charge will be dropped after 1 years probation.

She was ordered 100 hours community service.

    Charges of
    .civil rights violation
    .disturbing a school assembly

    -were dropped

    Sharon Chanon Velazquez:

Admitted to sufficient facts which led to a Guilty finding on the criminal harassment charge.

The charge is now dismissed since she reached her 18th birthday, and cannot be brought again by the prosecution.

She was ordered to serve 50 hours community service, and was encouraged to perform another 50 hours community service voluntarily at the request of the Prince family.

    Ashley Longe:
Admitted to sufficient facts which led to a Guilty finding on the criminal harassment charge.

The charge will be dismissed with prejudice [it can't be brought back into court], when she reaches her 19th birthday and cannot be brought again by the prosecution.

She was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service.

    Flannery Mullins:
    Admitted to
    .disturbing a school assembly
.and as much of the civil rights violation as constituted a misdemeanor.

She was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service.

    Austin Renaud:
Had the single charge of statutory rape dropped, -at the requesr of the Prince family.
He was never accused of bullying Phoebe.

    3 Female Minors :
I know there were 3 minors too young to be named who were charged with delinquency charges, including assault causing bodily harm. I do not know what the result of their cases were. I think they may have been dropped, and the youths were ordered to stay away from the Prince family.

    First of the teenagers to speak out after the court cases;
    Sharon Chanon Velazquez:

    Video:

At the end it says she apologised, but she spends most of her time saying "I was only trying to help out my friend",[by bullying Phoebe] and whinging about how she can't do her modelling now, and how everyone is mean to her and stares at her. Poor thing, my heart bleeds for her.
