"im no a billy,he's a tim". its a play on the slang used for a rangers supporter "billy" and celtic supporter "tim". and its said in the accent of a glasgow person. not rocket science

    "I'm no a billy, he's a tim"

    It's a play,
Adapted by Glasgow’s NLP Theatre Company, Singin’ I’m No a Billy, He’s a Tim – or Billy and Tim for short – tells the story of Billy, a die-hard Rangers fan, and Tim, a faithful Celtic supporter, who are locked up in a courtroom cell for non-payment of fines on the day of an important match

Finding out the old firm have joined the Premier League and then resigning himself to watching relegation battles for the last few weeks of every season.

I don't want to ever, ever see this play but I would bet it turns out our heroes have more in common than they realised.

    4: Being offered a job.
Reminds me of a joke Bernard Manning told about a scouser.
A Scouser went to a prostitute. She said, ‘Do you want a blow job?’ He said, ‘Will it affect me dole money?’
