    Hi

Just started the masters in WIT today and have to go on a team building exercise tomorrow as part of our induction.

Nobody can figure out where we are going and are a little impatient so was wondering if anyone has already done the masters in previous years and can 'enlighten us' ;-)

    Hi Bubbles,

I completed a masters degree at WIT sometime ago and I think I have an idea where you are going and what activities you will have to partake in, however I personally don't think it will be a good idea to tell you precisely what is going to happen.

I understand that you feel a bit apprehensive at the moment, its normal. All I can say is that you will "probably" be going to a place in county wexford and the lecturers would have told you to get into comfortable clothes, have enough credit on your phone and pack some lunch as it would be a long day- basically from 9am till about 5pm. It is no big deal but you would need think outside of the box and be prepared to work in team- based situations.

This exercise is used in introducing you to the challenge ahead and it is also a chance to get to know your colleagues both in your particular stream and other masters students . I dont know the course you are doing ( I was in the business department) but just relax and have fun.
