 I can only imagine how frustrated you are by all this.  Fingers crossed for you.

 My plan is to follow the route for the half, taking the loops at Castleknock and the Zoo out of it and add on whatever mileage at the end. (Min 15 max 20)
 My plan is to follow the route for the half, taking the loops at Castleknock and the Zoo out of it and add on whatever mileage at the end. (Min 15 max 20) I'm a bit disappointed with having to take a couple of short walk breaks after 15.5 -  but C'est la vie. Couldn't have run another step if I was on fire, my one pair of 1,000 mile socks were dirty so I paid the price for wearing a cheapy pair and after 14 miles was feeling every step on my feet and just to add to the excuses my 3 year old had me in and out to his room to 'find' the teddy he was firmly clutching.
