The process of ending Meteor Contract

Hi guys, With less than 2 months to go on my Meteor Bill pay contract, I'm planning to switch networks and I'm just wondering how do I go about ending my Meteor contract without incurring any penalty/fee. Should I phone Customer Care now and tell them I want my contract to run out?
