Hi all, My girlfriend bought me a cologne in Brown Thomas today. However, she bought Acqua Di Parma Essensa instead of the Intensa version. Hi all,

Just wondering if Brown Thomas are willing to exchange the bottle (packaging is opened and I've sprayed once but have the receipt).

Technically its used so I doubt anywhere would accept it back as they cant sell it again now.

The cosmetics counters will often give a refund on used stuff so I would ring and see jsut in case. If you say something like it made you come out in a rash but the original one doesn't, they might be more likely to help?
