Where can I get Monterey Jack cheese? And yeast in bigger packets?

Anyone know where I can get Monterey Jack cheese? I know Gouda can be substituted for it, but am ever hopeful of finding some. Also wondering if anyone has ever seen yeast in bigger packs than the sachets? I know in the US you can buy big jars of the stuff which I find far handier as I often don't use the exact amount…

Dove's farm do a pack of baking yeast.
Try any health food shop.
