I'm looking to buy a clock radio that charges my Iphone and plays the music on it. I've seen there are a load of different types on the market.

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations. I'm looking to spend about €100.

    Thanks

Was in the same situation as yourself a few weeks ago and picked up this one. I'm quiet pleased with it. good sound out of radio and ipod playback. I got it for € 70 in sony centre. Saw it in Tesco for the same price recently. Sound store also have it for same price.
There are a couple of reviews on you tube as well which go into a lot of detail.

I'm also looking for the same thing. The problem that I've hand is that most of the ones I've looked at switch the iPhone into airplane mode, and I don't want that.

    Does anybody have any suggestions?

I bought the Pure Siesta iDock and am very happy with it, it does DAB, FM and has a dock for the iPod, it's fully certified by Apple so will charge the iPod and does not switch the unit to airplane mode so you can use the iPod as an internet radio, I use Tunein radio.

It has four alarm buttons, each alarm can be set separately and can involve switching on any radio station or sounding an alarm on weekdays, weekends or every day so you could set it to switch on Morning Ireland at 7:30 on weekdays and Lyric FM at 9:30 on weekends.

It has a USB port on the side for 5V power so you can charge your mobile phone while you sleep!

It's GBP 76 on Amazon and is mains only as it's primarily a bedroom radio.

I have this one aswell. It is quite good. It has 2alarms on it. You can set it to come on to the radio but it will just be whatever station was on last. You can also get the iphone to come on with whatever it is on to play.

I would say that the digital display is quite bright. It does have three settings but even the lowest one is quite bright.
