2002 bad public atom error message for MP4s / Tagger Tool

    Mods if this is in the wrong place feel free to move

    Trying to copy MP4 files to iPad
    Never had issue before and not an issue with all files but on some I'm getting a
    "error-2002-bad-public-atom" message

    Googled it and found an answer or so I thought at

    Installed Tagger tool but it doesn't seem to support MP4

    Anyone got any ideas
