    Actually it was never proven that ttgf was a re-reg of those banned accounts. If it was, the poster would no longer be on the forum. So ttgf is being given the same chances to make up for wrongs done (as many other people have) as anyone else and if they break the rules they'll be dealt with accordingly.

    So please guys no more discussion of this here.

    Someone was doing prowler sprints today using the harness.

    He managed to put the harness on backwards, and was cutting the balls off himself running, I dont think I've ever laughed so much as I did today seeing the look on his face as he sprinted in agony cupping himself.

    Strangely enough he then managed to flip the entire prowler too, sending the poles and weights flying. I still cant figure out how he did it.

    I've done this.

    Didn't take long to realise bollock pain was not a part in sled dragging and that I had it on wrong.

    yeah, Im very giddy.
    I already had the friday feeling and now thats been multiplied by 10 and then added to the amount of endorphins released after doing 80 odd reps of deadlifting!

    you wanted to take a picture of my reaction while i wanted to take a picture just to prove what i was seeing wasnt a figment of my imagination

    Reality is way stranger than the internet....sorry for blowing your mind. I should of put a sign outside to warn people on the internet that they might get their little minds warped if they entered.
